Climate tests

Conducting hydraulic tests in climate chambers to simulate different environmental conditions as per customer requirements.

Climate test are essential for evaluating how components and systems perform under varoius environmental conditions. These tests are coducted in climate chambers that can simulate extreme temperatures, humidity levels and other environmental factors. Here are some key aspects of climate tests:

  • Temperature testing: assessing the performance and durability of components when exposed to high and low temperature ensure that the components can operate reliably in different climats.
  • Humidity testing: evaluating how components withstand high humidity levels, which can affect materials end performance.
  • Thermal cycling: Subjecting components to repeated cycles of heating and cooling tot test their resilience to temperature .......
  • Environmental simulations: replicating real-world environmental conditions to ensure components can handle the .... encouter in actual use.

Climate tests are crucial for ensuring that products meet industry standards and perfom reliably in varoius environments.

Climate facilities

The performance of products can be influenced dramatically by temperature and humidity.
VDL ETS is capable to test a big range of products according to international standards, as well as customer specifications. We support our customers with testing, analysis and evaluation (objective and subjective) of all these aspects on products, systems and components.

Equipment for climate testing

Our climate chambers are equipped with advanced technologies to ensure accurate and reliable test results. We offer flexible solutions that can be adapted to the specific needs of our customers.
