At VDL ETS we are proud to be one of the initial signatories of a new memorandum of understanding initiated by Emissieloos Netwerk Infra (ENI) and ElaadNL, uniting with industry leaders like Komatsu and Volvo Construction Equipment at bauma 2025.
Together we are setting the stage for open market standards for electric construction. By aligning on critical topics such as charging interoperability, we aim to accelerate the transition to zero-emission (ZE) job sites across Europe.
Standardization is key, not just for sustainability, but for operational efficiency, safety, and seamless collaboration on multi-brand construction sites. With this roundtable we are turning insights from frontrunners like the Netherlands and Scandinavia into actionable industry guidelines.
