VDL ETS now offers even more advanced module testing capabilities with the addition of our second state-of-art module cycler, a125KW EV Tester 750V! We now have 4 out of 8 channels available. §
Here's a glimpse of what we can do:
Module Testing: With a final total of 8 channels (500A / 150-750V), we ensure comprehensive non- destructive testing for your modules.
Climate Chambers: Our facilities include 2 Hz-level 4 climate chambers (-10 to +60°C, 700L, ±0.5K) and 2Hz-level 5 climate chambers (-40°C to +180°C, 10% to 98% RH).
High Precision Coolant Cycler: Operating from -40°C to 110°C, ensuring precise temperature control of the module.
Setpoint Accuracy: Achieving 0.04% FSR for voltage and current, with a resolution of 20 mA and 5 mV, including isolation measurement.
